Leaving my phone on airplane mode between 10pm and before 10am is genius! I will try that. Late nights and early mornings are definitely my “weak points.” Thank y0u, Joseph!

I’ve tried deleting the apps but that’s usually not doable for long stretches since I often have to log on on the go as a freelance writer.
